I started therapy at Empathyspace after having the worst bipolar episode and after doing so, I take my drugs regularly and have amazing support from my therapist. I feel free to discuss absolutely anything going on in my life as she makes it very easy to discuss with her. I give this service a 10/10 and will be recommending to absolutely anyone struggling with their mental health or if they're just looking for someone to chat with.

I don't know if it was the pre-session form I filled that helped but I feel like I was matched to the perfect therapist. She was really kind and understanding. Our first session was very hard for me because I was so emotional but she obliged me at every point. She was patient and didn't push too hard. Never judged me, instead she held my hands and walked me out of the emotional mess I was. The assignments she gave worked wonders. By our next session, the difference was clear.
