Important: EmpathySpace's therapy services are provided by qualified professionals but do not constitute a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Our services are:

• Not emergency services or crisis intervention
• Not appropriate for acute mental health crises
• Supplementary to, not replacements for, in-person therapy or medical care
• Not a substitute for medication management

If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, suicidal thoughts, or require immediate assistance, please contact emergency services or a local crisis hotline immediately.

You agree not to use our platform to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or our staff
• Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
• Collect or harvest personal information without consent
• Engage in fraud, deception, or misrepresentation
• Post obscene, defamatory, or discriminatory content

Therapist-patient confidentiality applies to our therapy services within legal limits. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Note: Therapists are mandated to report situations involving imminent danger, child abuse, elder abuse, or other legally mandated disclosures.

All content on EmpathySpace, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of EmpathySpace or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws. You may not:

• Reproduce, modify, or distribute content without permission
• Use content for commercial purposes
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

Payment terms for our services:

• Payments are processed securely through third-party providers
• All prices are displayed in your selected currency
